01Why this one

Why this fountain and not another

  • No cord.

    Nothing to plug in, nothing to chew, nothing that decides where the fountain goes.

    About 30 dB. Quiet enough for a bedroom.

    It comes apart for rinsing, and the filters swap every 2 to 4 weeks.

02Cats and dogs

One fountain. Everybody drinks.

The water spreads across a wide, flat top, so a cat and a small or medium dog can both drink from it.

03Filters and upkeep

Fresh filter, fresh water.

Five layers: microporous cotton, ion-exchange resin, coconut shell carbon, microporous cotton, and a hair screen.

Catches hair, crumbs and grit. Swap every 2 to 4 weeks.

Your pack comes with 6, 12 or 24 filters. Rinse the fountain when you swap the filter.

  • Where does it ship from?

    Our supplier ships from overseas. It takes 1 to 3 business days to pack your order and 5 to 8 business days in transit, so 6 to 11 business days in total. We ship to the United States only.

  • Will my cat and my dog both use it?

    Yes. The water spreads across a wide, flat top, so a cat and a small or medium dog can both drink from it.

  • How quiet is it really?

    About 30 dB. That's around the level of a quiet library. People keep it in bedrooms.

  • How long does the battery actually last?

    Up to 30 days on motion-sensor mode. The 2500 mAh battery recharges over USB-C.

  • How often do I change the filter?

    We recommend every 2 to 4 weeks, but it's your call. Your pack comes with 6, 12 or 24 filters, and a pack of 12 is $40.00.

  • When will it get here?

    6 to 11 business days. We ship to the United States only.

  • Can I return it?

    Yes, 10 days.
