Delivered in 6-11 business days: 1 to 3 business days to pack your order, then 5 to 8 business days in transit.

Shipping protection is offered in your cart. It covers a package that's lost, damaged, or stolen after it's marked delivered.

If that happens, email hello@thehappysips.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll replace it or refund you, and in most cases you won't need to ship anything back.
