Happy Sips Co, a business registered in Québec, Canada. We're an independent seller: we don't make this fountain, and we're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with its manufacturer.

A cordless pet drinking fountain, and filters for it. It's a drinking fountain, not a health device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

Prices are in US dollars. Checkout runs on Shopify, and your order is confirmed once Shopify confirms your payment. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price is obviously wrong, we'll cancel that order and refund you in full.

We ship within the United States only. Delivery times and costs are on the shipping page, and you have 10 days from delivery to return an item, as described on the returns page.

Included in Set and forget.

Optional, and added in your cart, where you can remove it before checkout. It covers a package that's lost, damaged, or stolen after it's marked delivered: we replace it or refund you.

Follow the instructions that come in the box. It runs on a rechargeable battery and charges over USB-C. Rinse it and swap the filter every 2 to 4 weeks.

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without taking away any protection your local law gives you.
